The problem of ewaste is the solution to free and lowcost computers. See www.otxwest.org. Adults can earn a free computer by volunteering 20 hours. Good idea. The kiosk would provide information such as community meetings, help centers, 911, job postings, and other information that is vital to the community. The way they could be funded is by advertising space. This is just one ideal that I have and believe it could really do a lot of good in the community.
